A teardown remains a village process: demolition, stormwater, setbacks, tree protection, and a drawing set the inspector will accept. Oak & Shore is a Northbrook general contractor with a standing trade bench and licensed electrical on staff. We take on selected new homes where the lot, the village, and the program belong with this practice.
